Development
Our skills have been honed by our own development projects. We understand the business equations and, therefore, can best strategize the construction value and the potential areas of cost efficiencies. We have completely guided developments.
One project in particular was a 750,000 SF project for a selected use. We adjusted the design of the building core modifications and base building infrastructure, reducing the project's hard costs in excess of $25 million. On a smaller daily scale, we again understand the life cycle costs of operations and the need for superior maintenance practices.
